Kent Police arrested a 43-year-old Maple Valley man and a 40-year-old Seattle woman on felony warrants after an officer spotted a reported stolen vehicle. At about 2:15 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, an officer was notified that a stolen 2004 Chevy Silverado pickup was downtown near East Smith Street and East Titus Street, according to a Sept. 25 Kent Police news release.
