L.A. police searching for suspects in flash robberies at 7-11 stores

L.A. police are searching for a group of young thieves on bicycles that have been hitting 7-Eleven stores in a series of “flash robberies” since July.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, there have been at least 14 reported incidents in Hollywood, Wilshire, and West L.A.

“The suspects enter the stores in the evening hours, remove merchandise, damage property, and flee without paying,” officers said . Police also said the suspects are accused of pushing witnesses.

The “flash robberies” occurred at the following locations:

·         1234 Wilshire Blvd. on July 12

·        610 S.Rampart Blvd. on July 19

·         3100 Beverly Blvd. on July 19

·        1770 N. Highland Ave. on July 19

·        6077 W. 3rd St. on July 19

·         1234 Wilshire Blvd. on August 2

·         5600 San Vicente Blvd. on August 9

·         8500 W Olympic Blvd. on August 9
