Authorities are trying to identify a Houston-based bank robber known for his repeated hits wearing flannelled fits. FBI Houston’s Violent Crime Task Force is reaching out to the public for information on a man they’ve dubbed the “Plaid Pillager” who robbed his fifth bank in Houston earlier this week.
