SAN ANTONIO – A man has been arrested after allegedly cutting another man during a ride on the west side, authorities say. At about 1:07 a.m. Thursday morning, a man dropped off another man at a QuikTrip around the 7200 block of Culebra. The two men, who police say just met, were arguing when the driver stopped the vehicle. The passenger then cut him behind the ear and over the eyebrow, according to police.
