AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) – Amarillo Crime Stoppers “Fugitive of the Week” is wanted by both the Potter and Randall County Sheriff’s Offices. Christopher Torres, 35, is wanted for burglary of a habitation by the Potter County Sheriff’s Office and by the Randall County Sheriff’s Office for two bond surrenders on charges of manufacture/deliver of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
