Tulsa employer sued for violating Pregnant Workers Fairness Act and ADA

TULSA, OK (KTUL) – A Tulsa employer is being sued by theU.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The EEOC filed a lawsuit against Urologic Specialists of Oklahoma, Inc. and a company in Alabama, Polaris Industries, Inc. to enforce the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
