The city of Frederick in Maryland just became the largest municipality in Maryland to ALLOW non-citizens to vote in local elections. The Board of Alderman approved it on a 4-1 decision with only one dissenting vote. Advocates say it’s only fair that all the people living in Frederick get a say.
