SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – One of Shreveport’s biggest festivals is about to kick off with a stacked schedule of performances and a huge artist alley. Starting Sept. 29 until Oct. 6, the Red River Arts Festival celebrates the arts for its 48th year at Festival Plaza, 101 Crockett Street, in downtown Shreveport. Over 75 artists, 4 stages of music and performing arts, and lots of great food will offer family fun for everyone for nine full days of special events.
