AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Several counties across the CSRA saw power outages as well as tornado and flood warnings Thursday morning as Hurricane Helene approached the region. As of 10:30 a.m., a tornado warning was issued for Bamberg, but it expired at 11. The tornado was indicated by radar, and no funnel was seen on the ground.
