STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – A 36-year-old man injured two police officers who were attempting to arrest him last month in Port Richmond, authorities allege. Officers attempted to place Reginal Graham of Richmond Terrace in St. George under arrest on Aug. 8 at about 2:50 p.m. on Nicholas Avenue in connection with an alleged domestic violence incident, according to the criminal complaint.
