I have a tradition of buying a couple of scratch-off tickets anytime I go out of town, even if “out-of-town” is as close as Lamesa or Plainview. I’m not sure why I don’t buy them when I’m home here in Lubbock, I suppose it just hasn’t felt lucky yet, but after reviewing the data, I might change my mind.
