BUFFALO, N.Y. – A 15-page Audit into the Town Of Evans released by the New York State comptroller says that Mary Hosler, the Erie County deputy comptroller for audits, allowed more than two dozen employees of the town to record thousands of hours of leave time incorrectly in the towns payroll system.
