COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina’s governor is asking the state’s highest court to reconsider its recent decision on a controversial school voucher program. The request filed late Thursday from Gov. Henry McMaster comes two weeks after the Supreme Court struck down a key component of the new Education Scholarship Trust Fund program.
