GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – As Hurricane Helene surges towards the Gulf Coast, tens of thousands are already without power, hours before the storm is expected to make landfall. Multiple states are sending help, including northeast Wisconsin. On Thursday, two local Red Cross volunteers began their journey south to provide assistance in Tallahassee.
