Three teen suspects involved in fatal Brighton crash now back behind bars

Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM)- The three suspects in the horrific crash last month that killed a 92-year-old innocent bystander are back behind bars on new charges. 17-year-old Theodice Parks, his 19-year-old brother Theophilus, and 19-year-old Trevan Simmons are now awaiting trial in connection to the Aug. 22 deadly crash at East and Elmwood avenues in Brighton, according to prosecutors.
