AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) – The Maverick Boys and Girls Club in Amarillo is celebrating 90 years of providing a safe space for kids in the community. Founded in 1934, the Maverick was a place to keep young boys out of trouble, now the program serves over 650 boys and girls.
