COLLIN COUNTY, Texas – The Collin County Sheriff’s Office has arrested and charged a suspect in connection to an ongoing murder investigation, police say. Mark Horak, 65, was charged with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair a human corpse, a second-degree felony. Police say the victim, 33-year-old Olutoyosi Molomo, was found dead in July at Horak’s residence in McKinney.
