WASHINGTON (7News) – D.C. police are searching for a victim and a vehicle in a potential kidnapping offense that occurred Thursday in Southeast. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) received a report that a man forced a woman into a car around 3:58 p.m. in the 400 block of Brandywine Street, Southeast.
