Authorities in Honolulu are seeking help from the public after a disturbing act of animal cruelty surfaced on Upai Street in the Waipahu area. Honolulu CrimeStoppers teamed up with the local police and the Hawaiian Humane Society to find a suspect accused of second-degree cruelty to an animal, according to a statement from the Honolulu Police Department.
