JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – It could be a matter of months before single-family homes start having their water disconnected for nonpayment. Interim Third-Party Manager Ted Henifin spoke to the House Capital City Revitalization Select Committee on Thursday, where he said single-family homes could begin seeing shutoffs late this year or early next year.
