Stockton city candidates hoping to make their case to voters gathered at the San Joaquin Delta College candidate forum on Wednesday night. Candidates running for Stockton Mayor and city council District 4 and District 6 engaged with each other and the public, handing out signs, taking pictures and talking with everyday Stocktonians in and outside the Dawn Mabalon Forum.
