SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – A scary story with a happy ending, a Savannah woman has a new furry friend after rescuing it from a storm drain during heavy rain. The woman was in the area of Eisenhower and Skidaway drive after 9 a.m. Thursday morning when she says she heard meowing from a storm drain.
