CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – City of Charleston offices and facilities will not open at their normal time on Friday morning out of caution of the effects of Tropical Storm Helene.
City officials say they will open facilities and offices beginning at 10 a.m.
According to the City of Charleston, they decided out of an abundance of caution amidst the impact of Tropical Storm Helene on the Charleston area.
