HENDERSON, Ky.. (WEHT) – A man convicted in a road range shooting incident in Evansville is scheduled to be sentenced on Friday.
Anthony Stone was convicted of criminal recklessness and attempted aggravated battery last month. Authorities say Stone shot a driver who was honking at him after he reportedly cut them off on north Green River Road last year. Police say the driver was hit several times and a passenger was grazed by a bullet.
Stone’s sentencing is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Friday.
