Virginia man wanted for firearm on campus found in Windsor

WINDSOR, N.C. (WNCT) — Agents with the Down East Drug and Violent Crime Task were contacted by the NC State Bureau of Investigation Fugitive Task Force for assistance on locating a 19-year-old out of Norfolk, Virginia.

Morgan was wanted by the State of Virginia for committing an act of terror, brandishing a firearm and reckless handling of a firearm on Old Dominion University’s campus.

Agents located him on Tuesday on Tony’s Lane in Windsor and took him into custody without incident. He was served with a fugitive order and was taken to Bertie Martin Regional Jail where he is under no bond and is waiting to be extradited to Virginia.
