CADDO PARISH, La. (KSLA) – Two people are dead after a wreck in Caddo Parish Friday morning (Sept. 27). The sheriff’s office says the wreck happened just before 7 a.m. on Highway 71 just south of the I-49 interchange. Caddo deputies say a small, four-door sedan was heading north on Highway 71 when the driver crossed the center line and hit another car that was headed the opposite direction.
