A chain of nonprofit blood banks that serves more than 80 Southern California hospitals has leased space in Moreno Valley. Lifestream Blood Bank will occupy 3,000 square feet in the District at Moreno Valley, a neighborhood shopping center at Hemlock Avenue and the 60 Freeway, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.
