EL PASO, Texas ( KTSM ) – Crime Stoppers of El Paso, Inc. distributes pictures of fugitives wanted by the El Paso Police Department and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office weekly through the Most Wanted feature. The following fugitives are individuals whose attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.

Antonio Rivera: Age 35; 6-foot-1; 230 pounds, bald hair and hazel eyes; wanted for three counts of accident involving injury and accident involving serious bodily injury; $300,000 bond.
Alex Montoya : Age 29; 5-foot-9; 190 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for two counts of forgery to defraud or harm elderly and two counts of forgery to defraud or harm of another; $116,000 bond.
Christopher Michael Rivera: Age 43; 6 feet; 235 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for cruelty non-livestock animals: kill/poison/serious bodily injury; no bond.
Arthur Michael Flores: Age 59; 5-foot-9; 215 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for cruelty non-livestock animals: kill/poison/serious bodily injury; no bond.
