BERNALILLO – On Sept. 27, the Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel hosted the 2024 Second Annual Organized Retail Crime Conference in the Vista Grande Ballroom Friday. The conference was put on by the New Mexico Organized Retail Crime Association (NMORCA) and featured many experts and speakers, including New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham.
