FOLLY BEACH, S.C. (WCIV) – A group of childhood friends visiting Folly Beach found that Hurricane Helene only brought them closer together after nearly four decades apart. “We just needed a girl’s vacation to talk,” said Candy Little, one of the visitors. “We’ve been up till like 2:30 every night just talking. You’d think we’d run out of things to say, but we have a lot of words. And tomorrow’s beach day.”
