KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Drivers have been warned to avoid the area of southbound I-35 and U.S. 69 after shots were fired at law enforcement officials. The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department tells KCTV5 that around 7:35 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 27, law enforcement officials in the area of southbound I-35 and U.S-69 reported shots had been fired at officers.
