OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The second suspect arrested in connection to the death of an Omaha man last year entered a plea Thursday. Jessica Hernandez, 28, pleaded guilty to one count of tampering with evidence, a Class IV felony. As part of the plea agreement, prosecutors dropped manslaughter charge. Her trial was scheduled to start Monday.
