HOUSTON, Texas – Deputies from Harris County Constable Precinct 4 arrested a suspected drunk driver on September 20, 2024.The traffic stop occurred in the 1600 block of Greenhouse Road, where deputies identified the driver as Kristian BarTee. BarTee displayed multiple signs of intoxication, according to a press release from Constable Mark Herman’s office.A series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered, and it was determined that BarTee was intoxicated. “Kristian BarTee was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Her bond was set at $100 out of County Court 11,” stated Constable Mark Herman.
