DELL RAPIDS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – On Friday, the City of Dell Rapids unveiled a transformed City Hall and a new event center. Since its incorporation in 1888, Dell Rapids has now grown to a community of 4,000 people. In order to accommodate that growth, the city needed a new City Hall.
