The South Plains Fair has been a constant in Lubbock since 1914 and includes a variety of vendors that join the festivities and display their products to consumers. Texas Tech’s Kappa Alpha Theta has participated annually for seven years in selling corn dogs to raise money for Shriners Hospitals for Children.
