Syracuse, N.Y. – Three people were stabbed Friday night at a Burger King parking lot in Syracuse, police said. Police were called around 5:31 p.m. to Upstate University Hospital after two women and a 14-year-old girl were driven to the Emergency Room with stab wounds, police said in a news release.
