Fake Social Media Accounts Lead to Indictment for Texas Politician

A Texas politician has been indicted for his alleged use of fake social media accounts. Fort Bend County Judge K-P George is accused of using those Facebook personalities to make racist comments about himself. Investigators believe he was trying to drum up sympathy. The charges include his former chief of staff, who was arrested back in June for online misrepresentation. As part of that investigation, George was ordered to give his cell phone to the feds. So far, he has not stepped down from his role with the county.
