Last week, the local law enforcement in Plano had a little something extra to be thankful for, courtesy of the Credit Union of Texas. The financial institution made its way over to the police department headquarters, not with banking queries or financial advice, but with a community food truck in tow, as they hosted a lunch event in recognition of Thank an Officer Day. The gesture was a nod of gratitude towards the officers for their service to the community.
