WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The N.C. Department of Transportation plans to install drainage on Gordon Road near Market Street from Sept. 29 to Oct. 9. During that time, the NCDOT says the right turn lane of Gordon Road onto Market Street southbound will be closed starting at 8 p.m. on Sept. 29 and lasting until 8 p.m. on Oct. 9.
