SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Areas all across the Southeast Georgia are facing extensive power outages following Hurricane Helene’s landfall in Georgia. In Chatham County, at least 100,000 people are still without power. For residents in Chatham County CEMA is now offering two centers to cool off and recharge devices.
