RACINE, Wis. – A homecoming eight decades in the making. A fallen World War II soldier from Wisconsin is finally laid to rest after his remains were positively identified. It’s a sea of red, white and blue in Racine. People lined up for a hometown soldier’s long overdue homecoming.
