Alabama Fire Marshal Scott Pilgreen has ordered the closure of four locations of Restoration Recovery Outreach & Company Inc., a rehabilitation facility serving individuals battling drug addiction and offering a program for registered sex offenders. The closures were prompted by numerous fire code and safety violations found at the facilities.
