ST CHARLES, Mo. – A woman is fighting for her life after she was shot in the neck at a parking garage near Ameristar Casino in St. Charles early Saturday morning. The woman was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and rushed into emergency surgery, according to the police report. Police said she was in critical condition.
