SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – Three people are in the hospital with serious injuries after a crash in Springfield. Springfield police say it happened around 2:30 a.m. Saturday. One car was driving southbound and turning left to get on the James River Freeway from Campbell Avenue when it was hit by a vehicle driving northbound.
