Public hearing and second reading of an ordinance adopting the 2024/2025 budget and five-year service plan, along with establishing and levying an annual property assessment for the following Public Improvement Districts: Greenways, generally located at the southwest corner of Hillside Road and Coulter Street; Heritage Hills, generally located at the southwest corner of Soncy and Arden Roads; Pinnacle, generally located at the northeast corner of Bell Street and West Sundown Lane; Point West, generally located at the northwest corner of Amarillo Boulevard West and Research Street; Quail Creek, generally located at the intersection of Clear Meadow Circle and Plum Creek Drive; Town Square, generally located in the northeast corner of Helium and Hillside Roads; Tutbury, generally located at the intersection of Tutbury Court and Van Winkle Drive; Vineyards, generally located at the northwest corner of West Hastings Avenue and Broadway Drive; and Colonies, generally located at the northeast corner of Hillside and Soncy roads. Consider a resolution approving the proposed operating budget for the fiscal year 2024-2025 for the Amarillo Economic Development Corporation (AEDC); consider a renewal of pharmacy benefit manager services for a one-year period to MaxorPlus LTD.
