ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – The owner of an Anchorage tour business is raising funds to bring a group of Kenyan school kids to Alaska for the start of next year’s Iditarod. Brad Schmitz owns Alaska English Adventures. During the pandemic, he created a pen pal group so that people could stay connected.
