SHREVEPORT, La. – Three people and a baby were shot in the 4300 block of Illinois Avenue while at a gathering at the Clear Horizons Apartments. According to the Shreveport Police Department a black male pulled up in a white sedan near the gathering and opened fire with a rifle.
