A 16-year-old male has been charged with a felony count of aggravated vehicular hijacking, according to a Chicago Police Department release. The juvenile allegedly hijacked a vehicle at gunpoint from a 24-year-old man on the block of W. Winona St. in the early hours of June 16, 2024. Officials report the incident took place at approximately 3:40 a.m.
