A driver who struck and killed a bicyclist near Riverside was under the influence at the time, authorities say. Emily A. Davis, 25, of Kansas City in Platte County, faces a felony charge of DWI-death of another. She is being held in the Platte County Jail on a bond of $50,000 cash only.
