SUNDAY
The Great Foundry apple sale. Online orders begin Sunday and run through Oct. 27, with pickup and on-site sales from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 9 at Foundry United Methodist Church, 2801 Virginia Beach Blvd., Virginia Beach. Freshly picked apples from Dickie Brothers Orchard in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Fuji, Pink Lady, Gold Rush, Stayman, Granny Smith and Rome varieties available. Pumpkin patch. 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily through Oct. 31 at Larchmont United Methodist Church, 1101 Jamestown Crescent, Norfolk. The annual pumpkin patch is back.
